Whaaaaa??? ~ This is in Phoenix?

For my first real estate porn blog, I've chosen the historic Felch House located in the Roosevelt Historic District in Downtown Phoenix. It is a Dutch Colonial and is a rare find amongst Phoenix architecture. It is two-story with a two-story carriage house situated on an amazingly lush double lot. My friends, Becky and Lee Bomgardner, lovingly restored the property when they bought it over a decade ago and created the gardens where only dirt and one tree had been.

As you go through the photos, note the keystone motif that travels from the windows on the exterior through to the arch in the living room and original foyer that still holds the faux finished etched plaster walls. Exquisite!
